By accessing or using Noctin Scheduler ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Noctin Scheduler is a social media content scheduling and publishing tool operated by Noctin Media. It enables users to connect their social media accounts via official OAuth 2.0 APIs and schedule or publish video content to those platforms.
By connecting a social media account you authorise the Service to access and publish content on your behalf using that platform's official API. We store OAuth access tokens securely and never store your platform passwords. You may revoke access at any time through the platform's security settings or by contacting us.
You may only use the Service to publish content that you own or have the right to distribute. You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for all content you submit through the Service. We do not review content before it is published. We reserve the right to suspend access if we receive credible reports of policy violations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Platform API availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctin Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your stored tokens upon request.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
